All visitors and tenants are to wear masks in the lobby, all common hallways, restrooms, and elevators, and to practice physical distancing.

All Health Insurers, including Medicare, are now covering physical therapy as an approved Telehealth service.

This option will help to ensure all patients have access to the care that they need.

Several Health Insurers have temporarily approved physical therapy telehealth services. This new guidance will help to ensure all patients have access to the care that they need. Please contact our office to see if your plan covers this service.

Rebound Physical Therapy is open and working diligently to ensure the highest level of care during this difficult time.

In our effort to reduce the number of patients in our clinic at any given time, we have spaced out appointment times and have staggered the shifts of our providers.

 The following will continue:

1. Requiring all patients to wash their hands with soap and water before and after their PT session at the sink in our office.

This service does require signed consent by the patient.

As guidance from the CDC and HHS comes through we are following these recommendations and making changes whenever necessary.

• We are encouraging those who are able to stay home to do so.
• Any patients with fever cough or shortness of breath in the last 14 days and those exposed to anyone with these symptoms are being asked to postpone their appointments.

If you have :

• Fever
• Cough
• Shortness of Breath

or

• Had contact with someone who has had these symptoms in the last 2 weeks
• And have an appointment scheduled in our office within the next week
